I have been writing
songs for most of my life, and though my songs have timeless themes, my lyrics have reflected the age at which I wrote them.
They all stand as a good journal of my point of view changing as I've matured. Over the years I have written many songs with pointed observations of the human condition, and I am going to publish
them. But I am going to release my spiritual songs first, because that's what I think this world needs. My spiritual songs
uplifting lyrics are universal in nature, so as to not alienate anyone, and written in first person. My reasoning is that
if a person really likes a song, they will sing along, and then the lyrics will act as affirmations, which will affect the
singer positively.
